To Order
Blue Bio products can be ordered by phone, by email or by standard mail. We plan to have fax and on-line ordering in the near future.
All orders must include the following information:
- Purchaser Name, Phone Number and Organization
- Purchase Order Number
- Shipping / Delivery Address
- Billing Address
- Catalogue Number and Description of Product
- Quantity of Product
- Price per Unit and Total Price for Order

Phone Orders
Call (902) 827-3165 between 9am and 5pm Atlantic Time. If we don’t answer leave a message and we will call you back.
(Note that phone orders are long distance outside of Halifax NS)
Email Orders
Send your order information to sales@bluebio.ca. We will confirm receipt of your order by return email.

Payment Options
Blue Bio orders can be paid by the following methods.
For orders with a valid Purchase Order Number we will ship the order and send an invoice by mail to the Billing Address or by email if provided.
Payment by Company Cheque is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Payment is also accepted by VISA or MasterCard. To use this option, please provide the credit card number, expiration date and full name on card for orders placed by phone, email or standard mail. We will process the payment once we have shipped your order.
We also accept payment through PayPal. Please provide your email address with your order and we will arrange for PayPal to send you an electronic invoice that can be paid easily and securely through your PayPal account or by credit card without a PayPal account. We will ship your order as soon as we have confirmation that payment has been received.
Shipping and Delivery
Blue Bio will deliver orders free of charge in HRM. Orders from outside of HRM will be sent by courier and the shipping fees added to the invoice.
